Optimus Alliance is presenting its first investment venture in Greece. A 60-room hotel on Aegina Island to be renovated to a 4-star standard and operated to supply the best service in the area. The hotel is situated on the beach and is available with restaurants, spa, bars and gym.
Location
The subject property is located in Aegina Island 30 minutes from Piraeus main Greek port. The island is one of the Saronic Islands of Greece in the Saronic Gulf, 27 km from Athens. With great history and culture. With a population of almost 13,000 occupants in the summer period, the island is full of tourists.
Great Landmarks include the temple of Aphaea, dating from about 490 BC, is the oldest surviving temple in Greece. The temple was part of an equilateral holy triangle of temples including the Athenian Parthenon and the temple of Poseidon at Sounion.
The Monastery Agios Nectarios, dedicated to Nectarios of Aegina, a recent saint of the Greek Orthodox Church is 10 minutes away also.
The Hotel
The hotel was constructed in 1970 and renovated in 2000. The project, however, will be fully renovated and the renovation will include static upgrades, a roof top pool and restaurant, full room and common areas renovation and beach decks redesign. The new hotel will be upgraded to the newest standards and with full automation.
