The property is located in Osceola Polk Line Road and is across from Reunion Resort which houses more than 2000 homes and is home to 3 golf courses. It is also 2 miles away from Champions Gate where you can find 2 more golf courses and Omni Resort. Right Next to the property there is an Aldi Supermarket Lot and next to that a Taco Bell and a Wawa Gas station, Public commercial area with full supermarket, A Wells Fargo Bank, MacDonald’s, a full Gym and other services. On the other site of the Street you can also find multiple other commercial properties. The major attraction of the area of course is Disney World and that is 9 minutes drive time from the property. I4 Central Florida Highway is 2 minutes away from the lot. The Road in front has been approved to be the I4 Highway connector road to Poinciana and from there to the Florida Turnpike. Lake Wilson road next was also approved to be a 4 lane road. Road Traffic volume is currently at 111,000 cars
