Crystal Bay is a 28.8-acre site which we rezoned and designed for a multifamily complex. Our Goal was to construct a multifamily project and further sell upon completion and occupation. The site is close to Champions Gate and Reunion which sees huge growth potentials.

The property is located on Lake Wilson Road and is across from Reunion Resort, which houses more than 2000 homes and is home to 3 golf courses. It is also 2 miles away from Champions Gate where you can find 2 more golf courses and Omni Resort.
